3. Data processing when visiting the website

a) Processed personal data

During (purely informational) visits to our website, we collect so-called log data (hereinafter "log data"). This is a data record (also called server log files) that is only temporarily stored by us. The data record contains the following data:

Date and time of the retrieval
Amount of data transferred
Browser characteristics
Operating system details
Displayed web pages

In addition, data is collected by the company Wix.com Ltd (hereinafter "wix") and its affiliated companies. Details can be found in the privacy policy of wix (https://de.wix.com/about/privacy).

b) Purpose and legal basis of processing

The log data is processed for statistical purposes as well as to improve the quality of our offer, in particular the stability and security of the connection, and thus serves our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

c) Duration of storage

All personal data is deleted as soon as its processing is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Insofar as statutory retention obligations apply, the data will be deleted after expiry of the respective retention period. Otherwise, log data is deleted seven days after your visit.

d) Recipients of the data

Log data: Your log data is collected and processed by external service providers on our behalf. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this privacy policy.
Your data will be passed on to state institutions or supervisory authorities (e.g. responsible data protection supervisory authority, public prosecutor's office, etc.), insofar as we are subject to a legal obligation to pass it on. The services for hosting and displaying the website are partly provided by the service provider wix as part of processing on our behalf.

4. Transmission to third countries

In order to provide the Services, wix uses a number of subcontracted processors. The data is initially processed by wix in Israel. For Israel, there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission, so that despite the transfer of data to a country outside the EU, there is an adequate level of data protection.

When transferring data to sub-processors in countries without an adequate level of data protection, wix provides for the conclusion of standard contractual clauses under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of June 4, 2021 for the transfer of personal data to third countries in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
